Shelton, commander, Air Force Space Command, gets a hearty handshake from 45th Medical Group Red Cross volunteer Lillian Hamlin, during the commander’s visit to the Wing Monday. 45th Space Wing Red Cross volunteers donated more than 17,000 hours last year. Gen. Shelton and Chief Master Sergeant Linus Jordan, Command Chief Master Sergeant, Air Force Space Command, landed at the Patrick Airstrip Sunday evening, and after a series of briefings Monday morning, toured the new Bowling Center (which will celebrate their Grand Opening 11 a.m. June 26), the Security Forces Squadron and the newly renovated 45th Medical Group clinic.
