PATRICK AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- USCG boat safety 
Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 46 is offering a one-day boating safety course 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Saturday at Lee Wenner Park, in Cocoa. The cost is $40 per person and includes lunch and materials. It covers homeland security, state and federal boating regulations and more. The course is National Association of Safe Boating Law Admin-istration approved. Blood drive 
Florida's Blood centers will hold the following blood drives: 
- Cape Canaveral AFS Range Operations Control Center: Monday, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. 
- Kennedy Space Center Headquarters: Tuesday, 8 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. 
- KSC Operations & Control: Tuesday, 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.

South Chapel Islamic event 
The 45th SW Chapel Office is hosting "When East Meets West; Knowing your Muslim Neighbor," July 31 at 6 p.m. The class will cover basic Islamic etiquettes, terms and practices. For further information, contact Marvin Hagan at 494-5123. 

Retired Officers' Wives' Club meeting 
The Retired Officers' Wives' Club is planning to meet at 11:30 a.m. Friday at The Tides. Reservations for lunch will be taken until noon Wednesday. Deployed spouses dinner

Honors for new Master Sergeants 
The Space Coast Top Three Association is hosting the 10th Annual Senior NCO Induction Ceremony, in honor of the newly selected master sergeants, at the Holiday Inn Beach-front Resort, Cocoa Beach, August 3 at 6 p.m. Cost is $22, payable to Space Coast Top 3 by check or cash.
